Holly DiMartile has been helping Cape Cod and Massachusetts families reach their financial goals since 2005.  As a former registered investment representative and bank branch manager, Holly is able to provide a holistic financial insight that goes beyond just your housing goals and mortgage needs.  Since joining Nauset Mortgage in 2018, she has helped countless first time buyers, second homeowners and real estate investors with diverse mortgage products to fit their individual needs.  Holly does her work with a sincere dedication to doing the absolute best job for her clients in order to get them to the closing table on time, every time.  She builds genuine relationships with her clients and is willing and able to assist long after the transaction is over.  As the daughter of a realtor, she grew up in the real estate industry and knows that her customer-centric focus is the key to her success.  “People are my business, homes are where they live.”

When not at the office, you can find Holly at her home in Brewster or off adventuring with her two children.  Her goal for 2023 is to help more families navigate the post Covid-19 housing market, while getting a few more stamps in her kids’ new passports.
